Programs:
Sunrise Yoga
Wake up each morning with the sun and yoga postures, breathing and meditation to start your day off right. As the class is all levels, no previous yoga experience is required!
Zen Counseling
Zen Counseling is a way to cut away the unnecessary so that the essence remains. Through watching our feelings we gain insight and understanding about what is essential to ourselves, this moment, our situation and issue. Tarot cards are used as a mirror reflecting what is inside of us and providing an opportunity to move from thought to feeling to meditation.
Satsang
Satsang is a Sanskrit term meaning “company of truth” and is a gathering for discussion, reflection, and learning.
Transformative Dance Therapy
Michelle leads this guided movement practice that uses dance to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It fosters emotional release, stress reduction and self-awareness by connecting the body and mind. No dance skills needed!
Kundalini Meditation
Experience the 4 stages of this active mediation beginning with vibration to awaken the senses, then free-form movement to release the body, then the last two stages move towards stopping the body and deeper into stillness.
Breathing Meditation
We all breathe. Unconsciously, we are continuously inhaling and exhaling. But how often do we bring our consciousness to our breath? In Yoga, the fourth limb of Patanjali’s ashtanga yoga is pranayama or controlled breath or the expansion of breath. During this program, meet your breath, get tools for observing your body, breath and mind and ultimately create a state where meditation can come up by itself.
Social Meditation
"We must heal as individuals to grow together as a community.'
Meditation is often thought of something to be done alone while sitting criss-cross-apple sauce on the floor. For modern people engaged in a world of technology, it is difficult to sit still. So through Social Meditation, we can come to the moment through various techniques like walking, dancing, sharing healing sentences and hugging.
Explore and heal your relationship with yourself and others as you move together into aloneness, stillness, and meditation. Receive the support of the group and the space you do this.
Foot Reflexology
Our feet are our first point of contact with the Earth—yet they are often overlooked, squeezed into narrow shoes or high heels, and deprived of the freedom to move and feel. Over time, the nerves in our feet can become dull or inactive. Through foot massage, we can awaken these nerves and restore our connection to the ground beneath us.
The entire body is mirrored in the feet. By stimulating specific points, we can release tension and promote healing throughout the body.
Most importantly, touch is a form of love. Massage helps release oxytocin—the “love hormone”—which is linked to lower stress and anxiety levels, improved mood, pain relief, and reduced blood pressure. Foot massage is especially good for this.
Experience for yourself how love truly is the greatest therapy.
Package add-on:
Therapy

Using several different forms of therapy as a bridge to yoga, experience the healing touch that relaxes and makes space for healing from the body inward.
