Our Instructor

Bethany began with yoga in 2014 at the Ayurveda Yoga Academy in Daegu, South Korea while serving in the U.S. military. After earning her teacher's certificate, she knew she wanted to continue to grow her practice. She stayed connected with yoga and volunteered as a teacher at various military bases in Louisiana, Cuba, and Diego Garcia after transitioning to civil service. Bethany’s practice resulted in creating a physical yoga space in San Sebastian, PR where yogis can connect to themselves and nature in an immersive experience.
