Our Instructors

I began with yoga in 2014 at the Ayurveda Yoga Academy in Daegu, South Korea while serving in the U.S. military. After earning my teacher's certificate, I knew I wanted to grow my practice. I stayed connected with yoga and volunteered as a teacher at various military bases in Louisiana, Cuba, and Diego Garcia after transitioning to civil service. I am in the process of establishing a physical yoga space in San Sebastian, PR where yogis can connect to themselves and nature in an immersive experience.
